How to start reducing your waste
In a cafe setting you can start to see instant savings if you train a staff to ask customers if they are having their beverage for here or togo. Making small investments in mugs/cups or reusable silverware will be paid off as soon as you get all of your customers using them rather than disposables. In my first few months transforming the business I manage I was able to cut cost by $800! This is a very easy start to reducing your footprint and costs.
